Breakout was redesigned not just on the new 107ci and 114ci Milwaukee 8 motor but the entire Softail frame was redesigned to better work with the new motor. Hard mounted to the frame, allowing for less flex in the frame, better weight distribution and a significant weight reduction, this higher horse power motor with new frame is a deserved upgrade from the previous Softail version.
Finished in “Midnight Blue” the bike is stunning and elegant. Small scratches on the tank and fender and a crease in the tank lower right side under the decal. Hard to spot unless you look for it. The bike fell onto the edge of a table and left a perfect crease. See walk around video. Otherwise the bike is like new with of course very few miles.
The famous Softail line started in the late 70s a s a new design, picked up by Harley Davidson in the 80s and became of their signature lines still produced today. The hidden suspension of the rear frame gives clean lines and allows for easy install of side bags and other accessories.
The nice classic swooping fenders bring a nostalgic flair to the bike while allowing for a modern ride.
