The Honda VTX lineup started in the early 80s after the concept was first introduced in the early 70s by Honda at the Auto Show. Designed around the ideas of Harley Davidson’s lineup Honda was about to bring a bike that looked like a Harley but was more affordable and reliable.
In 2001 the modern VTX1800 came to market with great success. In 2003 the 1300 engine was introduced and also became an instant success. The American buyers realized that not only does Honda offer a very competitive products the VTX was also an American made product. Build in Ohio.
This VTX 1300 may be one of the cleanest VTX you can find out there. Very few flaws on the bike, see the walk around video. The tires are in good condition and the bike starts up good and runs perfect. Nothing to do here but to enjoy this reliable machine. Looks as good as it rides.
