$ 9,000

2007 American Ironhorse “Texas Chopper”

Motor: 1,810cc (111ci) S&S
Frame: Chopper
Transmission: 6-speed
Mileage: Odometer inop (Marked Exempt on title)
Stock: 07IH32-0281

This is an extremely nice and well-built chopper. The bike is excellent in almost all aspects. Beautiful paint, super nice running 111ci motor, shifts easy through the 6-speed tranny. I had the bike up to 75Mph in no time and no wiggle just asking for more. This bike is equipped with Air-Ride suspension ($1,500 already installed) but may have a small leak.

This bike is a show stopper. The paint is fresh and crisp and chrome mostly in excellent condition. Clearly garage kept all its life. The few parts showing age can easily be replaced for new ones. The bike just underwent an oil change and had the carb rebuilt. The starter is showing its age and may need a second try to get it running. Brand new tires installed front and rear 10/25 ($900). Buy another one with old tires and spend $900 extra just to get tires installed to get riding. Here, ready to go.

In the early 90s Harley Davidson has problems with keeping up with production. Plagued by years of poorly build bikes and not being able to fill increasing demand clones of Harleys built with custom frames and S&S motors kept popping up. In the mid 90s the first larger production custom chopper companies emerged from the “clones” and the new chopper craze started. Some companies made it big such as Big Dog Choppers, Ironworks and American Ironhorse.

American Ironhorse at one point in the early 2000s had a 200,000 square foot production facility and producing a 7-frame lineup. Along with all the other Chopper companies of that era they filed for bankruptcy in 2008 as the world headed into a recession.

This bike is a show stopper. The paint is fresh and crisp and chrome mostly in excellent condition. Clearly garage kept all its life. The customization of the paint are vinyl decals and can easily be removed. Small chips where the seat meets the tank. It runs excellent but will need a fresh front tire (included in the price, we are waiting for the tire). Front fork seals were just replaced. The LSC is the brother to the “Texas” chopper but is a true hardtail. Hence the “improved” seat thickness by the last owner. You can bring it back down to stock. Has just had gel inserts added and been recovered.

      2004 Ironhorse Texas Chopper

      $8,000

      2004 American Ironhorse “Texas Chopper”

      Motor: 1,750cc (107ci) S&S
      Frame: Chopper

Mileage: Odometer inop (Marked Exempt on title)

The color of this bike is amazing. It shines black at first then turns into a midnight blue metallic. Frame everything is the same color. Just stunning to simply look at. Unfortunately the chrome is suffering from the rather typical deterioration. You find some chrome defects on the speedo instrument cluster (which is not working) as well as on the primary cover. Typical also the secondary chrome like foot controls and pegs. Easy fixes if you want to make this bike perfect again.

Rides like a champ. Just undergone a full checkup. New oil and full carburetor rebuilt. The clutch cable has been changed. We do recommend to put a new front tire. The rear tire is from 2017 but shows no signs of cracking. We can change the front tire for $200

        1999 Titan Gecko RM

        $5,500

        1999 Titan Gecko RM
        Motor: 1,584cc (96ci) S&S Carburetor
        Frame: Chopper
        Transmission: 5-speed
        Mileage: (Exempt)
        Stock: 99TI 03-0388

This bike is finished in yellow with nice custom paint. One of the original early Titan versions of the Gecko RM, a pro-street version with a S&S 96ci motor and 5-speed transmission. Plenty of power on this 620Lbs bike. Range still at 150miles with a 5gal fuel tank. The S&S Carburetor is fully equipped to power this motor and get the best out of it.

Small blemishes on this bike as to be expected on a 25-year old chopper but overall in good shape and certainly that head-turner you were looking for. Some chrome is flaking. See the walk around video for details. Tires are 2007 and should be replaced before riding this bike. The bike rides excellent. New Lithium battery installed.

Custom Choppers have been around since the early days of motorcycles. They existed in different forms and styles but guys always decided to do something unique with their bikes. In the 60s and 70, fueled by Easy Rider the market took off and saw a huge resurgence in the early 2000s. Tired of the same old? Don’t know which Street Glide is yours of the 10 black ones coming out of the bar? Here is your solution.

Titan was based out of Arizona and was the first company that started making custom choppers in production back in 1995. They were successful but the owners at that time did not have any business wisdom and the company went into receivership in 2001 when the market was hot. Rescued by one of the Titan dealers it continued on till 2007 when pretty much all of the custom builders were filing for bankruptcy and the custom chopper market tanked.

The first reaction you get when you pull up somewhere is “wows”. Flying under the radar is basically impossible with this chopper. It screams for attention just by its super nice lime green paint job. The chrome is glistening all around blinding your fellow motorists in the sunlight reflections.
