This is a 2003 Big Dog Chopper Softail, finished in a striking Snow White metallic paint that turns heads and demands attention. This early Chopper model paved the way for the legendary K9, which went on to become one of the most sought-after bikes in the Big Dog lineup. Featuring a tall rake and stretched-out stance, this bike brings classic chopper attitude with a touch of elegance thanks to its clean, glossy finish.
There are very few imperfections on this bike. The paint is nearly perfect and only a few Chrome parts show deterioration. Most notable the plastic Chrome cover around the key. The front tire it's aged out and shows light signs of cracking. It needs to be replaced. We can add that for an extra $170. The rear tire it's dated 2011 but does not show signs of aging yet, it is however considered aged out. You can find a walk around video on our website for details on the condition of this beautiful bike.
The Softail rear suspension provides a smoother ride than its rigid-frame cousin, the Ridgeback, making this bike not just a showstopper but also a rider’s machine. The crisp white paint glows in the sun and is complemented by chrome accents that give it a timeless, custom feel. It’s a rare combination of style and comfort that sets this bike apart from the rest.
Powered by a 107ci motor, this chopper has more than enough torque to move you forward—and then some. It cruises comfortably at highway speeds and holds the road like a much newer bike.
If you’re after a killer chopper with classic looks, modern updates, and an easy ride, this Snow White Big Dog might just be your perfect match.
With the Chopper craze in the 90s and early 2000s there were several companies that came on the market with their creations trying to make a commercial name for themselves. While companies like West Coast Choppers catered to the exclusive custom one-of-build bike market Big Dog and others tried to mass produce these bikes. Few made it, Big Dog was one of the few. Recognized as one of the few custom builders with Kelley Blue ratings Big Dog has gone mainstream.
Founded in mid 1990 the company started to produce up to 10 variations of their bikes. Equipped with S&S Engine and transmissions they had a reliable drivetrain and could produce cost efficient bikes to those that could not afford $100,000 custom creations. Their not over-raked front wheels gave a nice look to the bike that stood out enough but was still very much drivable.

What an amazing bike. Runs excellent, loads of power with look and force an ideal combination for a bar hopper or even the longer rides. This bike has had new tires added in 2021 so nothing to do here but ride. Bike has a Lithium battery with max cranking amps. The bike is overall in great shape with very little flaws. This bike can potentially be financed with good credit.
We do not recommend any custom choppers for new riders even though this is a very well balanced bike.

Custom Choppers have been around since the early days of motorcycles. They existed in different forms and styles but guys always decided to do something unique with their bikes. In the 60s and 70, fueled by Easy Rider the market took off and saw a huge resurgence in the early 2000s. Tired of the same old? Don’t know which Street Glide is yours of the 10 black ones coming out of the bar? Here is your solution.
Ironworks was based out of Florida with every bike having had a custom paint job. No two are alike. Of course this one is all black, and I am sure other customers chose the single color option so that statement is not 100% accurate, but all custom paint options were one-off. This is the 66th off the factory floor with a total of about 300 made that year. Fitted with a RevTech high compression engine and a Baker transmission. The bike is easy to ride for a custom chopper which explains the 28K on the odometer. Softail suspension gives you the smooth ride comfort and the rake is not outrageous so you can still turn around easily.
There are a few minor flaws on the bike but overall for a 20 year old motorcycle it is still in pretty good condition. Just underwent a full carb service and runs perfect. Paint on the tank has some flaws from gasoline leakage from the left side filler. To make this bike an eye catcher again simply paint the tank ($500 done here in-house including labor)
Yes, this is not your beginner ride but with the bike not being crazy raked and well balanced you don’t need to be a seasoned rider to manage this machine.
